OVEN BAKED KALE CHIPS
If you’re not into becoming ‘one’ with your vegetables, then move on. If you enjoy, or need a zen recipe that lets you calm down as you cook, then this is for you! The crunchy, salty, umami flavors are extremely rewarding for the work you put into it.
I’d love for you to try this recipe, but you can also just squeeze some lemon juice on the kale pieces and cover them in nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and follow the baking instructions…bam!
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 Tblsp. dijon Mustard
- 1 minced garlic clove
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4-1/2 cup nutritional yeast (more is better as far as I’m concerned!)
- Water to thin consistency
