With the Super Bowl coming up, I know everyone scrambles for fun and tasty food ideas to either contribute to or serve on game day. My mission is to always provide healthier, plant-based, oil-free alternatives that pack a whollop of flavor, so no one will miss a thing. The Super Bowl Snack Attack Class in my kitchen delivered just that!
Four women in various stages of their plant-based journeys, and one who is (still) an omnivore came together to cook in harmony! The recipes included my Cauliflower Buffalo Bites with Green Goddess Dressing, Kale Bruschetta with Balsamic Drizzle and the refreshing Lemony Coconut Blondies.
Paired up, Catherine and Annette tackled the Cauliflower buffalo bites. Margaret and Shannon got creative with the bruschetta, and Shannon even got to massage kale for the first time! Jennifer who is no stranger in the kitchen added her own twist of expertise to the lemon coconut blondie bites!
