SPICY PEANUT SAUCE
In a small bowl, add each ingredient in order, whisking well after each addition. I put all the ingredients in my small bullet blender to get a really creamy texture.
Refrigerate any left over.
Total time: 3 minutes
Makes about 1 cup
- 2 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
- 1-1/2 tsp tomato paste (I used organic cherry tomatoes instead of the paste)
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes (I used 1 tsp chili paste)
