This spicy peanut sauce is everything! Sweet, creamy and as spicy as you want to make it. Use on on your Asian lettuce wraps or mix it in cold rice noodles.

Total time: 3 minutes

Makes about 1 cup


  • 2 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 tsp tomato paste (I used organic cherry tomatoes instead of the paste)
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes (I used 1 tsp chili paste)


  1. In a small bowl, add each ingredient in order, whisking well after each addition. I put all the ingredients in my small bullet blender to get a really creamy texture.
  2. Refrigerate any left over.
