Two Delicious and Healthy Smoothies

If you’re a smoothie lover, as I used to be, I find these two recipes are a much better alternative to the sugar and dairly-laden drinks served up by various ‘healthy’ juice places. Might I add, they also charge from $5-8 for these drinks.

The health benefits of ginger include anti-inflammatory and digestive aid properties. You get protein and good fats from the avocado, cashew butter and nuts. The spinach provides vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, and is rich in antioxidants. It is a good source of vitamins A, B2, C and K, and also contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium.

Don’t waste your money! Try these delicious and filling smoothies at home.
